Mild flavored and delicately textured, farmed striped bass is available all year. Look for it at seafood stores and Asian markets. Whole fish can be steamed, roasted, broiled or grilled. Or ask the fishmonger to fillet the fish for easy sautés. Striped bass is wonderful in Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean and Indian preparations.
